PacifiCare / Secure Horizons (HMO)
Plan Year 2008-2009
To help members and the City avoid a substantial increase in medical plan costs, the PacifiCare and Secure Horizons medical plan will no longer be offered, effective July 1, 2009. HSS members who did not choose another medical plan during Open Enrollment, which took place from April 1-30, 2009, will be automatically enrolled in the City Plan PPO as of July 1, 2009. If you are currently a PacifiCare or Secure Horizons HMO member, your coverage under this plan will continue through June 30, 2009.
