For our Play Your Way campaign, we’re encouraging participants to stop thinking about physical activity as just a trip to the gym—instead get outdoors, play with your kids, try a new walk with your dog, get social with a team sport, or do you dare to try a new movement class? There are thousands of ways to get movement into your day so that you enjoy the activity and you reap in the benefits of movement.
