    Wellness Center group exercise classes are open to all employees and retirees of the City & County of San Francisco, Superior Court, SFUSD and City College. Employee and retiree family members are also welcome to participate in these activities, if they are age 18 or older and enrolled in a Health Service System health plan.
    Participation in these Group Exercise classes is strictly voluntary. Before embarking on any physical activity program, you should consult your personal health care provider. Participating in physical activity may involve certain risks and you assume all associated risks. Any injuries suffered in conjunction with participation shall not be subject to reimbursement under any workers’ compensation law or any other applicable law.

CITY-WIDE GROUP EXERCISE SCHEDULE

  • The following classes are offered at no cost and are open to City employees. Some facilities may require to see your badge upon entry. They are sponsored by the Health Service System and/or City departments. No advance registration is required. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Proper footwear is required. Bring water. HSS does not maintain up-to-date cancellation information on these classes. Where possible, contact information or a website is provided.
