Daily Challenge FAQs
What is Daily Challenge?
Daily Challenge is a social well-being program that gives you the opportunity to positively impact your life every day and advance your personal well-being by doing simple challenges every day and sharing the experience with family and friends -- all while you earn points, collect stamps, and reach new levels.
How does Daily Challenge work?
Every morning, we'll send you an email with a simple challenge -- a small action for you to complete that day. After completing the challenge, you can click the “Done” button right in the email to get credit. Then share how you did the challenge and read how other people did it. If you forget to do the challenge or haven't clicked “Done” by the afternoon, we'll send you a reminder.
You can customize your notification settings, track your progress, and make personal connections on the website, which you can find at www.dailychallenge.com.
How does Daily Challenge help my well-being?
Daily Challenge incorporates discoveries from health, well-being, and social network research and turns them into simple things you can do each day to improve your well-being. These small actions encourage lasting change across a broad range of areas of health and well-being, including physical activity, healthy eating, emotional health, and life evaluation.
