Activities At Work

Activities raise awareness around healthy behaviors and emotional well-being as well as demonstrate the organization’s support of well-being at the workplace. Examples of Activities include: screenings, seminars, coaching, and group exercise classes.

For a full list of activities that can be brought to your location, review the Activities Description List. Activities can be ordered anytime throughout the year. 

Group Exercise Classes

Classes are offered at no cost and are open to City & County of San Francisco, Superior Court, San Francisco Unified School District and City College employees. They are sponsored by the San Francisco Health Service System (SFHSS) and/or City departments. 

Onsite Activities

SFHSS, in partnership with our City departments, offers a variety of well-being events and activities around the City that are offered at no cost.

SFHSS Wellness Center

Wellness Center is open to all employees and retirees of the City & County of San Francisco, Superior Court, San Francisco Unified School District, and City College. Employee and retiree family members are also welcome to participate in these activities, if they are age 18 or older and enrolled in a SFHSS health plan. 

To Request an Onsite Activity:

STEP 1

Identify the activity you would like to bring onsite.

STEP 2

Reach out to your Well-Being Champion to ask them to request an onsite activity. If you do not know your Champion, find yours here. If there isn't a Champion for your department or in your building call (415) 554-0643.

STEP 3

Complete the Event Request Form and send it to well-being@sfgov.org.
