Fall 2008 Member Fair
The Maximize Your Benefit health fair drew 2,777 members in 2008. 1,830 members received free flu shots, and 769 members had their blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure or body mass index tested. In addition, nearly 500 members enjoyed a therapeutic 10 minute chair massage.
Members who attended the fair were also given the opportunity to meet with representatives from HSS healthcare vendors Blue Shield, Kaiser, Pacificare, United Healthcare, Delta Dental, Pacific Union Dental and VSP Vision.
